Halloween Recipes - Roasted Pumpkin Seeds



After scooping out your pumpkin, take all those seeds and roast them for a yummy and nutritious Halloween snack.



Ingredients:

  • Pumpkinseeds (all the ones you scooped from your jack-o-Lanterns)
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil

  • Directions:

    1. Wash seeds thoroughly of any remaining pulp. Pat dry on paper towels.

    2. In a bowl combine pumpkinseeds, oil and salt. Mix thoroughly.

    3. Spread seeds out on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
