Halloween Scrapbooking Ideas: Part 2This is a continuation of part 1 Halloween Scrapbooking Ideas in which we covered projects such as regular scrapbook pages (with several examples provided), along with how to make an accordion origami mini album, plus a diagonal dimensional fold mini album.
Of course, I had to try this out for myself. It's a lot of fun to use this type of medium for scrapbooking and the best thing is I get to use up all those extra lunch bags that have been sitting around in the cupboard! It's extremely simple to put together. Just follow the step-by-step instructions in the video below; add your Halloween papers, photos, stickers, and whatever embellishments you desire to dress it up, then tie it together with ribbon threaded through the punched holes. Starbook Scrapbook AlbumIf you'd love to display your Halloween photos or scrapbooking creations on a tabletop, this Starbook mini album project is just the ticket. It sits on a flat surface and you can see all the photos all the way around. Or, it can be folded up just like a little book!I got to thinking as I watched the video that this would be awesome as vintage Halloween decor. Just use Halloween vintage papers, postcards, stickers, and other embellishments to enhance your pages. This particular scrapbooking technique takes a bit of preparation as you'll see in the videos. The end result, though, is well worth the effort. CD AlbumsThere's so many different Halloween scrapbooking ideas out there that I've had a hard time deciding what to feature here. I tried to find unique ideas, plus ones that would be quick, simple and inexpensive. This CD album idea is a perfect solution for those scratched or non-usable CD's that usually get tossed into the garbage can. Instead of doing that, put them to good use by creating a holiday mini-album. ConclusionI hope you have a lot of fun trying out these different Halloween scrapbooking ideas. Even beginners to scrapbooking should find these projects easy and quick to complete. Most of the items used can be found around the house, and since these albums are smaller than a regular scrapbook page, you'll use less materials. A perfect choice for those on a strick craft budget. Happy Halloween Crafting! |
