Play Halloween Games: How To Keep Those Ghastly Guests Occupied

Playing Halloween games at your party is a "must" with young children present. Fun entertainment related to this holiday is easy to put together, and is wonderful for loads of laughs from both kids and adults.

If your party is strictly for adults, you can still incorporate some entertaining moments to keep guests occupied, especially if you find that the party is becoming "quiet and awkward" with long stretches of silence. This is not something that you want to happen, so having a few pre-planned Halloween games at the ready would be a wise decision. Here are some suggestions to help you get organized:

Keep Track Of Your Games

1) Be sure to make a list of all Halloween games that you are planning to have at your party (especially if this is a children's get-together) and gather up the needed items that each game requires. Keep the game pieces in a local area that is easily accessible by you.

2) You will need to have prizes for the winners. Place these in a convenient place, but hidden away from snooping eyes. Prizes do not need to be large or expensive, but do try to make or buy items that are related to the theme of your Halloween party. When it comes to children's parties, be sure to have enough "prizes" on hand to give out to each and every child. You don't want, or need, hurt feelings at what is suppose to be a fun event.

3) Always have a few more games planned then you think you will need. Some games, although normally fun, could be a flop and you'll need some sort of back-up.

Halloween Jenga

Build your tower with orange and black blocks. As the tower builds so does the difficulty. Custom Halloween Jenga rules and a special glow-in-the-dark die make the game even more challenging and fun!Roll the die and you are in for a trick... or treat. Roll a "Pumpkin" and reverse the direction of play; roll a "Haunted House" and remove any piece or roll a "Bat" and remove only an orange block. The last player to remove a block without tumbling the tower wins the game. Click Here

Pictures, Pictures, and More Pictures

Setting up a video camera is a great idea. The costumes and antics of the guests throughout the evening will provide hours of entertainment after the party is finished. In fact, why not invite your friends back to your place at another time for a Halloween Movie Premier Party... starring themselves!

However, don't neglect taking still pictures with a digital camera as well. Next year, print out the pictures and hang them up as Halloween portraits. This will definitely provide some laughs, and can be a perfect ice-breaker for new folks that are attending your party for the first time and don't know many of the other people there.
