Simple Last Minute Halloween Costumes To Make

You've waited until the last minute and now you're stuck on what to wear out for Halloween. Don't dispair. Here are 4 quick costumes that you can throw together and are suitable for men, women, girls or boys.



** Ladybug Costume **

This costume idea is really quite simple to put together.

Materials Needed:

1 red sweatshirt or cotton shirt
1 red knit hat
1 pair of black tights or black pants
black fabric marker
2 black pipe cleaners
2 small plack pom-poms
1 pair black stretch gloves
glue gun

Instructions:

1) With your black fabric pen, draw and fill in circles here and there on the red sweatshirt and the red cap. Alternatively, you could also cut circles from black felt and attach with either a glue gun or double-sided fusible sewing tape.

2) Poke two holes through the front of the cap about 3 inches apart and loop a pipe cleaner through each hole. Twist the bottom end together to secure. Twist the pipe cleaners into swirls and glue a pom-pom to each end. These are your antenas.

3) Put your outfit on and you're done!
